The video for “Long Way To Go” by Diddy protege Cassie contains a lesson for her hordes of socially networked fans–if you get away from your computer and attend the occasional dance-off, you’ll make even more friends, and they’ll certainly be cuter than dudes who call themselves “Phony_Flake.” (Although one would think that she’d at least appreciate that guy’s forthrightness about his obvious shortcomings.)
