Now that Brazil has been placed under the same file-sharing scrutiny as the rest of the world, we can’t think of a better time to give the country its own “Listen Without Prejudice” write-up. Alas, our Brazilian collection is a bit lacking, so we’ll have to focus on Soul Jazz’s excellent Sexual Life Of The Savages collection, which chronicles São Paulo’s new-wave and post-punk scene in the early ’80s.
