We’ve only just heard The Girls, an over-the-top Tel Aviv quartet that just released an EP on the UK label LOaF, but we’re already pretty crazy about them; “The Girl From Yesterday” has both huge power-pop chords and delicate guitar textures, and it’s a split personality that actually works, thanks to the outsized persona of lead singer Sharon K.
