So MTS – I had the same response to the rape way back before it was thrown out, but it was thrown out.
He may be guilty, but luckily for you, America, like Australia (where I am at), has a commitment to innocence until proven guilty.
While it may let some off, it is just, and is the type of society I want to live in – the alternative is kinda scary.
