
“Incendiary” doesn’t even come close to describing “50 Shots,” the new single from Brooklyn rapper Papoose. Released just a few days after a Queens man was shot to death by police, “50″ bashes the cops, name-checks the New York Post, and ends in a barrage of gunfire; in other words, it’s like 1989 all over again.
