I’m deeply entertained by the idea that the Misshapes kids are driving DJ technology in NYC. No one uses Serato there? Really? Even if every other dj in the tri-state area is hopelessly married to vinyl and cds, what you use to play records isn’t what makes a dj great; neither is the “we’ll play what we want, to hell with the audience” attitude.
Hey, I’m really looking forward to the cross-over attempt, where they have to, you know, actually do something. That is something besides looking perpetually hungover.
