Sammy Hagar Busier Than Anyone Could Have Possibly Imagined

January 9th, 2007 // 5 Comments

Yesterday’s news that Van Halen will be inducted into the Rock N’ Roll Hall Of Fame probably made David Lee Roth skippity-bop-bop-debop with glee–but it probably also made Sammy Hagar and Michael Anthony re-arrange their calendars: For while the ceremony takes place on March 12th, the second-annual Cabo Wabo “Are We Having Fun Yet?’ Cruise–an event that doesn’t require any further explanation–takes place from March 11th to the 18th, meaning that Hagar and Anthony will have to hightail back to the border after the awards show. And what can those lucky passengers expect, you ask?

- Gift bag

- “Meet the Wabos” Welcome cocktail party onboard

- Private concerts with the Wabos and special guests Aaron Hagar & Michael Anthony onboard

- Question & Answer Session with the Wabos and special guests

- Sammy Trivia Contest with special prizes

- Sammy Karaoke

- Private Sammy Hagar and the Wabos concert at the Cabo Wabo Cantina, plus a welcome shot of Cabo Wabo Tequila

- Sammy will meet the ship at the pier in Cabo to escort you to his Cabo Wabo Cantina.

- Bon Voyage cocktail party after Sammy’s show onboard

- Special Cabo Wabo menu items in your exclusive dining area on board

We’re especially excited about the “Sammy Karaoke,” as we’ve always wanted to imitate a guy who’s imitating David Lee Roth.

I thought Sammy was just working for milfhunter.com now…?

That’s not him? Well, I’ll be damned. Maybe he has a brother.

And perhaps I’ve said too much.

Wow, this looks like it will have more drunk people over 50 than my local Elks lodge…maybe now Sammy and Not-A-Van-Halen can hook up with Steve Vai and what’s left of the DLR Band…

  5. antistar

That would actually be pretty cool. At least they’re not doing music for porn flicks…
