This morning, Howard Stern “aired” a new Prince song–and by “aired,” we mean, “he played a few seconds and then talked during the rest of it.” Normally we wouldn’t bother with this half-tune, half-yak hybrid, but since the track is an intriguing two-part cover of “All Along The Watchtower” and the Foo Fighters’ “Best Of You”–and because Prince is Prince–we will bend all of our rules to accommodate him.

Since I’m too cheap for satellite radio, I’d forgotten how much I hated Baba Booey. Thanks for reminding me. Did Prince and Dave become BFFs after the Foos’ “Darling Nikki” cover?
i think prince and dave grohl have misunderstood the whole peer 2 peer thing.
that said, prince should totally do more neo-grungey rock outs.
The stuff he’s released in the last 10 years? He might as well just done a fart in a jar.
(foos darling nikki is fab, yeah)
“3121″ had some good cuts on it. Especially when he performed those songs live on the BET Awards.
