We knew the Voice‘s music cred was shriveling, but yikes–the Bravery? Why not just have one of the editorial interns fart into a helmet, and call it a night?

I saw The Bravery open for Depeche Mode last year, and they were one of the most cliche bands I’ve ever seen. The lead singer strutted around stage like he’d just taken a class called “Lead Singing 101.”
I think the Bravery are both overrated by the mainstream press and overhated by hipsters. They’re not that great and they’re not that bad. Catchy, inoffensive; the album is about one-third pleasant.
And as long as we’re dragging the Killers into that, I’ll take that good one-third of The Bravery over most of Sam’s Town (“When You Were Young” and “Read My Mind” excepted).
Who you callin’ a hipster?
People are still arguing about The Killers v. The Bravery?
Let it go, guys. Neither are particularly good, and neither are particularly bad.
@KurticusMaximus:
The voice of reason. In a few years, maybe one or two of them will re-appear on a reality show…maybe.
