i’m trying to figure out what’s wrong with being an adderall dispenser. every household should have one.
It must be JoJo or Lil Mama, because the only thing the Radio Disney crew could ever be accused of dispensing is non-stop sugary pop confections.
If this vote proves accurate, it would explain why JoJo is signed to an urban label – she’s got mad street cred!
The pint-size reference leads me to believe it’s the under 5 foot Avril Lavigne.

Though I’ve interviewed all of the girls above (minus Lil’ Mama) and Avril, and Ms. Lavigne was the most ADD of them all.
