I share your disappointment in the No Age record. It sounded much better in my imagination (based on the press the band got) than it did when I actually listened to it.

And yes, hooray to DFA for the Pylon reissue! Catch the Pylon mini-tour in November: Atlanta, Charlotte, and NYC!

I'm happy DFA is getting into the reissue plan. I picked up the Pylon Gyrate Plus disc, and they made a very good decision to reissue that first Shocking Pinks CD. If only the followup Shocking Pinks albums were as good.

So now, of course, LIQUID LIQUID next... RIGHT? (and yes I know Grand Royal did this a decade ago, and I'm not going to pay over ten bucks for a bootleg CD of that.)
