Much like Spank Rock and Benny Blanco’s greasy hindquarters, many of you think that Hell Rell’s For The Hell Of It happens to be one of the best album covers of 2007. (I happen to agree with you on this one.) Surely this means that the two faces of R&B/hip-hop evil will win this round in a walk? Or will the bullet-mouthed Diplomat have enough ammo to take out Bow Wow and Omarion?

“that’s just dumb” vs. “get that thing away from me.” Hell Rell wins/loses.
Ugh. I guess it is awesome, like contemplating the void.
That having been said, Bow-Wow gets the vote for allowing someone to not only name-check a movie, but doing a shitty job at it. He also loses for being Bow-Wow, with double demerits for being named after a noise, a dog-food brand and possibly a furry sex shop/sex bar. I believe that adds up to DOUBLE SECRET PROBATION!
Meanwhile back in the city, I have no life.
Hell Rell’s cover gives me the shivers.
The dude with the herring for teeth totally wins.
Well I mean, ‘Just for the hell of it’, he just doesn’t give a fuck. It’s IRONIC!
I still think those bullets look like anchovies.
I can see Omarion, Bow Wow, and their camp emailing all of their friends now… “Yo, this cover is the shit! It’s like a movie poster! Go cop that December 11th!!”
Because of the imagined gleam in their eyes, they win.
It’s like a reverse Chia Pet, the more his hair grows, the lighter he becomes. Then it steals his vitality to launch it’s own career. First cut in ‘Hair.’
Alright, that was stupid.
I would like to hear the John Travolta/Nicholas Cage rap album.
hell rell cover is cover of the year.
Is there a category for Best Potential Animated Gif?
Those teeth are going to haunt me for years.
I always forget about Hell Rell until I see it. Then I remember. And am forced to vote for it.
Here’s hoping I don’t see it again until it’s next round.
@El-Zilcho: That’s the dark side of this competition. The “winners” come back to torment you again and again.
I dunno, that Hell Rell cover is growing on me.
That album on the left is both the best and worst cover of the year. It’s the terrible/awesome dichotomy. See: Trapped in the Closet.
Going against self-interest here and voting for Hell Rell even though I wish so hard that I never had to see that creepy thing again.
I DON’T KNOW I JUST DON’T KNOW
