So beginning around midnight last night, a bug hit the Idolator Pop 07 ballots, freezing into place a number of ballots that had not, in fact, been set to lock. It took a while, but the tech department fixed it, and if you had a ballot yet to be finalized, you can now go ahead and get in and tweak away.
