Reading the tracklisting for this 1997 sampler CD handed out by Dr Martens is giving me a serious nostalgia buzz (even if some of these bands are still putting out music). Also: The presence of Rockers Hi-Fi is making me wonder just how many '90s acts were contractually/legally forced to add prefixes or suffixes like "Hi-Fi" or "US" or "UK," etc., to their names. When did that become the preferred way for skirting infringement lawsuits, anyway? [Earful Of Noize]
