@MTS: I would like to point out that KoD's Patrick Fitzgerald was a medical doctor, and continues to do a whole lotta rockin'. He in fact put his career on hold for the express purpose of dedicating his life to the rock. I would therefore like to submit that Fitzgerald and his work with Kitchens completely redeems the entire medical profession and their supposed hatred of the rock.

There was some talk about this on the Killdozer thread on ILX a year back or so -- Gerald sent a note to a poster about what all the other guys were doing as well. I'll have to dig it up.

@SuperUnison: I have a whole theory about how lawyers like to rock, and doctors do not. I tested my hypothesis over the course of a year, booking concerts at a venue located directly across from a medical school campus. Total number of med students who saw shows: 1, but she was a veterinarian, so I guess it doesn't count.

Nothing wrong with going into law. I think that's actually what the other Guitarist in Big Black did (since we're on 80s Chicago punk anyhow)after the band broke up.
