It is in both games, yes. I’d never heard it, but sadly, kind of like it. The vocals / lyrics are unfortunate, but the little glockenspiel parts with the guitar leads are nice. The song is fun to play.

It is too bad Raining Blood isn’t doing better….but where are the posts about Eric Johnson’s Cliffs of Dover being in GH3? That’s beyond hilarious and nostalgically great! Super fun to play…

I was (and still am) a hardcore Killers-hater, but even I can’t deny that When We Were Young is fun to play on GH3. Same goes for AFI’s “Miss Murder”.

I'll say it -- "When We Were Young" has aged better than I expected. I think it has something to do with no longer associating it with the "Best Album of the Last 20 Years" crap that Flowers was warbling about Sam's Town.

And I think it's in both GH and Rock Band. Could be something there.
