A Motley Crue fan is suing the band's management because of injuries he sustained during a Nov. 22, 2006, performance by the band. Gerald Schneeman is claiming that he was knocked to the ground by a Crue member after said guy jumped off the stage; security then started pounding on Schneeman before dragging him out of the venue. The identity of the Crue member in question is under wraps—for now. Anyone want to bet it's Mick Mars? Dude just seems like someone you would not want to cross, what with him being 102 and all.
