Lil Wayne was charged with three felonies in Yuma, Ariz., today, three days after the DEA seized drugs, cash, and a .40-caliber pistol from his tour bus. The charges: “one count each of felony possession of a narcotic drug for sale, possession of dangerous drugs, misconduct involving weapons and possession of drug paraphernalia.” He’s allowed to leave the state while he awaits the next hearing in his case, which will take place on Feb. 12.
