I'm starting to wonder if I should create a keyboard macro for the phrase "Nicole Scherzinger's album has been pushed back again," because, well, it's been pushed back again. To June 23. (Recall that its original release date was Oct. 16, 2007.) I wonder how many more people will be laid off at Universal Music Group between now and the time the long-delayed lead balloon actually hits store shelves? [Toya's World]

Man, have you seen the video for that umpteenth Timberland Shock Value single, with her and Keri Hilson trading off vocals? She even makes a Timbaland song un-catchy. (I know Timba's hits lately have been schlock, but even the crappy OneRepublic song was catchy.)

The fact that it was getting so much play on Z100 in December made me wonder just how much horse-trading was going on to get the Island/Def Jam acts at the Jingle Ball.
I still say if they'd just released it as a PCD album it would probably be platinum by now. Her sin wasn't making (more) mediocre music, it was abandoning a stable brand name too soon.
@dennisobell: @Al Shipley: Nicole S. just does not have Fergie's experience, charisma and showmanship. And yeah, without the Dolls dancing around her, she does seem a little boring in the videos.
I have a feeling Chinese Democracy will come out before her album does.
@Maura Johnston: Sorry, I must've been taking a day off The Internets that day.
