As a Valentine’s Day present to people who love bitching about the record industry and super-huge, arena-styled choruses, Butch Walker is self-releasing a double live album tomorrow via his Web site. Anyone who happens by said site–the new name of which brings back the spirit of such dot-com-collapse-era hoedowns as FuckedCompany.com–during the first week of the album’s release will be able to download the whole thing for free; the only physical copies of the album made available will be in DVD format. Another project in the works for Walker: A collaboration between him and The Academy Is… guitarist Michael Guy Chislett, which will no doubt up the quotient of Walker-related stories in the bandom universe.
