Billy Ray Cyrus and his daughter, Miley, are going to host the 2008 CMT Music Awards, which air April 18. Personally, I can’t wait for Billy Ray to open the show descending from the ceiling, Fartman-style, and giving everyone in attendance who wrote him off after “Achy Breaky Heart” the double-barrelled finger salute upon his landing.
