ghooosts.jpgIn case you’re having problems getting through to its official site, Trent Reznor’s quadruple album Ghosts I-IV is also available via Amazon’s MP3 store, where the DRM-free MP3s will set you back $5, just like Reznor intended. You still have to try and power through the traffic that’s currently crippling the site to snag the liner notes, though. [Amazon MP3]

The question is: will this release contain any more clues to the “Year Zero” story?

Aren’t the Amazon ones 256kbps compared to the 320s (or Lossless) you can get directly from the band?

It’s not a huge difference, but… I can wait a couple days for the extra file quality, y’know?

I’m still amused by what I’ve heard are official uploads of the free chunk of the project on Waffles, What.cd, et al.

Well, I made it past the payment section and received the email to the download URL. But now I cant get the entire zip file to download. Lets hope that “one time only download” warning doesn’t start until the entire file has been downloaded.
