(It probably would have moved a little bit quicker had the servers charged with selling the album in all its guises not completely crapped out in the hours immediately following its release, but hey, what are a few hours’ difference when you’re looking at a $750,000 payday?) I don’t think anybody will find this surprising, NIN have really managed to stay at least somewhat musically relevant after all this time, and success stories like this are a true reflection of their staying power.
