I know insufferably cutesy, jam-friendly singer-songwriter Mraz is the kind of artist who attracts one of those scary collegiate tour-circuit cults that snaps up every bootleg, but can said cult really be large enough to offset the number of potential new listeners destined to pass over this creepy-ass scribble portrait on the Best Buy new release racks? Lean times for label art departments, but even an Ashlee-style sticker booth portrait couldn’t have cost that much.

I dunno, I’d imagine this cover would attract exactly the sort of demographic Mraz would look to attract. E.g. people in coffee houses and people wearing tight brown suit jackets.
