Morrissey won a court apology from Word Magazine for suggesting that the author of “Asian Rut” was a racist and a hypocrite. His case against the NME’s similar accusations is still pending. Sez Mozz: “Word Magazine made the mistake of repeating [the NME's] allegations, which they now accept are false and, as a result, have apologised in Open Court.
