@Silverbackne: Thank God somebody said it! I have listened and listened and try as I might, I don't get what people think is so great or even mildly original in his work. And even if he weren't, you know, a possible sexual predator, the man's ballads are a crime all by themselves.

"I Believe I Can Fly", "I'll Be Your Angel", and "Feelin' on Yo Booty": they happened, we can't pretend they didn't, and we may never be able to make right the wrongs that were done.

@ragandboneshop: I couldn't figure out why a guy who dated a 13-year-old girl when he was 47 was pointing fingers in this case.

Bill Wyman didn't have sex with the girl in question until she was over 18; it was one of the preconditions of their relationship-her mother was fully aware of the situation and the conditions-and he later married her.

Which, y'know, is pretty sick'n'twisted in its own way. But I'm sure that, in Wyman's mind, it makes him uniquely qualified to comment on Kelly's behavior: "Hey, at least *I* waited five years, out of respect for the law."

I had no idea who this Bill Wyman was, and your IDing him as a non-Rolling Stone didn't really help me, since that Bill Wyman has been a non-Stone for about 15 years now.
