But I cannot stand country music one bit. unless the Grateful Dead are messin round with it. Then it is tolerable. But they were much more than their single parts- we all know they were a machine.

Seriously? he sounds more like a sophomore at a state school than a musician. I've said it before and I'll say it again: Bryan Adams is a better musician, songwriter, and probably human being. Ryan should be flattered to be mistaken for him.

I was at the Ryman that night, and I heard the guy yell for "Summer of '69." Ryan went after him directly afterward, but that may have been a coincidence. Great show anyway, especially as my dear Tegan & Sara opened.

Also, I'd like to assure everyone that the Ryman is one of our nation's finest concert venues, and not a "shit hole."

The weirdest part is “some college kid, and I mean SOUTHERN college kid”. I guess that line is part of the hatin’ on country music agenda?
