Carman Dominic Licciardello, more simply known as Carman, possesses one of the strangest careers of anyone making music. Lacking any sort of talent that might break him through to a secular audience, and largely too tacky for even the most diehard Christian music fan, Carman appeals to the same sort of person who watches the Trinity Broadcasting Network on a regular basis… sold out for Jesus, and lacking any sort of connection to modern culture. There was a time when it was difficult to avoid Carman in evangelical churches, with his epic spoken-word piece “The Champion” (about an epic boxing match between Jesus and Satan) regularly lip-synched at youth events across America and his “love gift”-funded concerts filling arenas. Now, however, if you take the time to search for Carman on the Internet, you’re just as likely to find an message board argument about his love life as you are the tracklist for his newest album. [UPDATE: Hey folks, we're halting discussion on this post pending a review of certain comments. We appreciate you bearing with us while we sort this out.]
At the 2006 EMP Pop Music Conference, Idolator Pop voter Josh Langhoff presented a paper on the Carman track “A Little Less Conviction” which he then posted on his long since abandoned blog Charts and Graphs.
Then, the story gets weird.
A few responses (one by me), and then a barrage of remarks about Carman and his supposed array of illicit lovers. While this was a little surprising to me, especially since I had long assumed Carman was gay, that there would be 2,600 comments in the two years following about some woman named Oksana, evangelist Mario Murillo, and Carman is strange, to say the least.

I went to the link provided for Charlene’s website, and there was a link for a Facebook and one for a Myspace, I didn’t see any plam trees or anything like that.
Her photos were a photobucket account and it was private, the Myspace was a purple background with humming birds and what looked like the outback in Austraila, her photos were private except for the profile picture, which looked like she was singing somewhere. Her Facebook has no background, and all her photos were private.
I saw Oksana’s Myspace, Facebook and YouTube all were Ocean photos, Charlene’s accounts look nothing like Oksana’s accounts.

Charlean D. Cole’s pages have zero in common with Oskana Lovoushka. Ms. Cole’s sites are humble and Christian, her photos chaste. The same cannot be said for Ms. Lovoushka, who has cavorted with so many men they cannot be listed. Over and over women are called deluded, wannabees and stalkers by Carman and his troop. Why? He must have gotten around ALOT to have all these women on his case ! Make sense? This 30 year ministry thing is baloney too. Carman wasn’t really well know till the late eighties. By the early 2000s alot of people began to defect. That gives me the nice round number of 13 years in actual well know successful ministry. He says the last ten years have been bad on FB. deduct 10 from 30 = 20. Then deduct the 7 or so years from age 24 when he was working his way up. So this interesting number 13 keeps coming up in my calculations.

I wrote her again and I got this: “At this time Charlene is out of the office and not available to answer your questions. But I can assure you, Charlene is not going to comment or answer questions relating to Carman, Carman World Outreach , or anything related to him or his ministry. If you would like to speak with Charlene over anything else you may email her on Facebook. That was the answer I received from her staff person in charge.
And the reason her ‘staff?’ made those comments is because she is notorius for her stalking and harassment of the man, his friends and family. He has had to call the authorities on a number of females who have followed, pursued and bothered him to the point of distraction and safety concerns. Why don’t YOU know this? Finally, it was threatened legal action that seems to cool their ardor and relentless attempts to contact. They have shown up at his home, offices, church, etc, and been totally innaproprite. These disturbed souls harass his female aquaintances like teeneage school girls because they are deluded into thinking he’s their husband sent from God! I went and I looked at this chick Charlene’s sites she is doing things for Jesus, on the other hand Carman took down his salvation page off his website, all his sites have become are commercial sites to sell him. Charlene’s website, as I could see, was selling nothing. There was not a page to buy her CD. She tells about it, but there is no place to purchase it. There was a link about an event she is putting together for Jesus, but as far as I could see the event is free. Somehow I find it hard to see a ‘demonic attack’ (another one of his favorite come-backs) taking place when a man overtly sexualizes himself in photos and every other way, and then women respond to it. I saw something on Charlene’s website I did not on Carman’s website, the salvation message. I saw the KJV Bible quoted everywhere on her site, I did not see that on Carman’s website, not even a water down scripture from the NIV or the NASV, (the Bible I have seen Carman use on stage). I did not see a page for salvation or a sinners prayer, for someone lost and looking to pray and find Jesus. So, what direction is Carman taking? It looks to be away from Jesus.
I asked for proof of restraigning orders and police records of where you have run off Charlene and other women, you side stepped the question. Something I know only Carman or someone from his “staff” does,( there is only one on staff and that is a guy named Israel Berry and the musicians that went on the road with Carman ,said themselves, that they thought this man was Gay. Ask a sound man named Tim Wagnor).
So who are you? Are you going to side step that question, too?

Truth, I don’t ever want to know who you are, don’t tell any of us.
But, You still have not answered my question, where is your proof that Carman called the police or has any kind of restraigning orders against any of the women, including Charlene Cole. I would like to see a document of a court order, where this happened.
This would be public records and can be pulled up in any state in the US online at the databases that are public record for every state. Also, where the divorce decree and the marriage certificate was found for Carman and Rose.
Am I correct in that statment?
Funny thing, I tried that and I got back no results on any court order agaunst Charlene Cole, am I doing it wrong, or are you mistaken, did I misspell her name? Or,did Carman filed it in some alternate universe or in the spirit, and that is why I can’t find it? Or does Carman have Alzheimers or Dementia and just thought he filed it?
I just asked for a simple answer, like you did, where is your proof. You are always asking us for proof, where is yours.
You brought it up, not me, I want to see the proof of the accusations you have thrown out. Or do I have to go to Oksana and see if she can pull out her crystal ball and have her bring up the spirit world where Carman has been sucked, where he filed it with a demon sitting in a court of law in that other world?
Its one or the other, because if I can’t find where it was filed in this country, it was either filed in another country,another alternate universe,(I used to love Star Trek),or Carman has Alzheimers or Dementia and he just thought he filed it?

Ladies, Carman and his crew could not discern between a stalker and someone who needed the touch of the Father to save their lives. No one has gone too far, Carman. You are telling yourself lies and the sad thing is, you believe them.
The REAL Truth , Lee Ann, is that there is no proof. Just a bunch of fictitious garbage to create the melodrama they choose to live in. Seems as if they’ve lost touch with reality.
I wouldn’t hold my breath for any proof to surface from that crew at all.
I love you, Carman in spite of you and the only reason is because the greatest lover of all lives in me. He will not allow me to cease in prayer for you. To be honest, sometimes I wish He would. No one thinks you are God or not human, quite the contrary. We know you fail, but a righteous person doesn’t make excuses for their sin or blame it on the “actions” or lack there of on others. They take responsibilty for it, repent and turn. And if need be, make it right with the brother or sister they’ve wronged. But then again, you already know this truth and the saddest truth is that you seem to fear the truth. You seem to be afraid that others wont be able to accept it. However, I think if you actually did tell the whole truth for once, you might actually find that it will set you free and that people are more compassionate towards your short comings and failures when you own them and don’t hide. But when you try to pull the wool over peoples eyes, they get angry. You don’t like being used or played. Well, guess what neither do the rest of us.
One more thing, Lee Ann. Did you search for that divorce certificate in Nevada’s public records? You should be able to locate it there. I’ve seen it and someone once emailed it to me, so it does exsit. Just fyi!
Oh I saw it, I searched for public records of those restraigning orders on Charlene Cole, there are not any. That was the point I was making. I can find the public records on his divorce and marriage, but not on this restrianing order, that Carman’s people claim have been filed against this Charlene chick, it just doesn’t add up.
That means Carman and his staff are liars, over this chick. After seeing her websites I see that there is lying going on over her. How many others has he lied on, and people believed his lies and their ministries were harmed?
I wonder. Truth/Carman? Are you lying over this Charlene chick and many others? Her staff member will not answer my emails now.
Put in Goggle search engine “Carman and Oksana My Pledge and Happy Birthday videos”. Proof exists right there also.
You will find that she is in his life as of last year. She posted these and he sings on them and his hand and hers connected are shown in My Pledge. In Happy Birthday at the very end his arm is holding a a baby. The videos are vintage boring Oksana, and the equally vintage off key Carman, unmistakeable.
Her name is on them anyway, no doubt as late as 2009 these two were consorting. She is definitely an occultist and he has definitely fallen into a snare.
Seriously? I know who you are. Stop extolling the virtues of Charlean’s website vs Carman’s. Makes you sound like Charlean. I know she has been treated like crap but stop praying for him already, Since you’re a Trekkie (occultism?) let’s just say he has a force field around him at this time.
You are POSSIBLY hindering the battle of other warriors who are specifically doing war against the occultists around Carman and against his own occultism. I say possibly because I don’t know what God’s plan is for Carman.
These warriors, IF they are engaged in war over Carman, are mega-mighty and you are not one of them. They are unseen by and large.
I am not one of them. You aren’t either. Get your ego out of the way. God heard you the first time. Quit nagging Him for selfish reasons because that prayer won’t be heard. Yes you love him, but let God be God. Carman is not going to run down and marry you no matter how hard you pray. Nor me. I don’t want him. He needs to get saved quite likely. I don’t harbor fantasies about him making a come back. he wouldn;t be welcome in my life. I don’t suffer men like Carman at this point in my life.
All of you ignore me because you in fact know my story is genuine. So be it. Stop hindering the Father with your misguided prayers. He knows how to get a hold of Carman, if that’s His will. Face it, Carman may be a TARE and ALL bets are off if that’s the case.
Forget this guy, sit back and relax and concentrate on your own spiritual issues. I think enough proof has been shown over the years that he is in serious error. God may not have any further plans for him, or He may. Let Him be the One who takes care of all of this. When I saw him in 2008 it crossed my mind that his act was going to soon fail. And it did. He’s not a genuine spiritual grenade, just a flash-bang that makes alot of noise and throws off staged pyrotechnics.
I am neither satisfied nor dissatisified by this reality. I know Who God is and that He can be trusted to do His will with this man at this point. He may give him over to the way of Saul, or He may restore. Let it GO!

I do have a proximate idea of who you are (could be BOTH of you operating here unknown to each other as doing so because of the name-switching game) and what the content of your prayers are. Also, the “I was a Trekkie” comment was actually made by Lee Ann, my mistake. And quite an understandable mistake under the circumstances of trying to wade through these conflicting posts.
I have talked with you so many times on the phone. I left you five messages of warning just this morning to stop jangling this blog. Your sole intent is to focus attention back on YOU. It’s been on Carman for awhile now, and you seem to have a proprietary premise operating wherein you believe if he’s being discussed, that you should be the centerpiece (even if it’s negative attention).
I wrote you an email a couple months ago detailing why I needed to stop talking to you, that your various stories were not credible and had holes so wide in them as to be able to drive a Mack truck through them.
I also have an email with your address and the address of the person this blog is about, that can be cut and pasted here, since YOU gave me his email address. When I showed you his lividly hostile responses, you commented that you were sorry, etc. Talk about PROOF. He wants to know who gave me the email address, love. I don’t feel he’d be happy with the person who did!
If you are I think you are, he WILL file a restraining order once he knows you are handing out his personal email. Probably you actually have caused him and his family and girlfriends serious problems. You are obsessed with Keli and led me to her FB account. I could not have cared less about her or his other women, but this topic was the focal point of your tunnel vision.

I assure you Charlean is not on this blog and has not been on this blog for well over a month. She only blogged here because she was informed her name was being slandered, yet again, by Carman, Carman Ministries, and Carman bashers. I am asking you as one decent human being to another please stop using Char’s name on this blog.
She no longer wished to recieve emails from those of you posting on this blog, asking her about Carman Licciardello or his ministry.She has been through enough in the past and now wants to disassociate her name and the ministry she has been placed over from all of this nonsense and strife surrounding Carman and the women that are bashing him.
She was a faithful partner to Carman for many years, she was friends with those in his ministry, still stays in contact with them and she is not an enemy to Carman Licciardello, his family,or to any of his past staff members. She simply wish that her name be disassociated from all blogging and bashing concerning Carman and his ministry.
The past is the past and she wishes to move forward and does not wish to concern herself with the affairs of those who are doing nothing ,but wishing ill will on her or the ministry she has been intrusted with from Jesus, for no other reason than to slander and gossip.Or those who think it is a sport to bring her name up over and over in a useless blog, and bash what she is trying to do for the Kingdom Of God, by calling her names such as stalker and other very hurtful things.
For the record, Charlean has never stalked anyone,and I should know, because, am I her Partner Relations Director,and I am also a very close friend of hers.Charlean has never being invovled in the accusations that were blogged here. No, Char is not an old girlfriend scorned, no Char has never broken into Mr Licciardello’s house, dressing room, or been escourted out of any concert. Israel Berry himself said, “There is no record, I nor Carman have no knowledged of Charlean ever being escourted out of any concerts.” These are rumors that are placed on Char when Carman, or someone close to Carman wants to cause trouble or run someone off. There are no restraigning orders, nothing.
Char, wishes for her name to be dropped from all of this and she disassociates herself from all of those wishing harm on her, the ministry, Carman,Vada Allen, Joe Jones, Isreal Berry, and anyone that is associated with Carman and his ministry. She wishes no one ill will, but simply wishes that you would disassociate her from all of this nonsense. She has been through enough in the past.
Please respect her wishes, stop bring her name into these blogs and please stop sending people to the ministry website, Facebook and Myspace accounts,who only wish to end the ministry she has been placed over. Or wish to cause her un-needed harm and pain,by accusing her of being something she is not, or call her names.
I am asking you to please cease and desist from all of this nonsense surrounding Carman, when it comes to using Charlean’s name or the ministry she has been placed over.

You are funny, Unknown. You are so far off base it’s scary. You think I am Charlene now? I’ve never met her, nor do I know Carman’s personal email address.
I’ve never spoken with you on the phone or had any email contact with you. I think maybe you’ve spent too much time on this blog. The word clueless is appropriate for sure.
I’m glad to know how you truly feel about Charlene, but I am not her. Maybe you should take a break from reading this blog as it seems to be affecting your judgement.
