Bye Bye Brooke: Tonight’s “American Idol” Elimination Adds Some Vinegar To The Bittersweetness

photo%284%29.jpgWhat more is there to say, except that I hope she stops crying by the time this episode airs on the West Coast? (But I don’t think that’s really likely, to be honest.)

I am so pleased with this outcome.
I actually voted for Syesha a bunch because she’s the only tolerable person left. Anything to go against the producer’s true wishes!
I miss Carly so, so much.

really? You can’t wait til it airs on the west coast to announce? You just HAVE to write a headline like that?
Way to ruin it for the left coasters.

Sparkylulu, you just HAVE to come peek here before the show airs. D’uh!

I’ve got to say that’s a motley four left, wow wee. Little Archie, Jason Castro, that dude with the annoying hair and Syesha Mercado. And with Paula Abdul hallucinating, no wonder the viewers are tuning out.

Finally she hit the bricks! Long overdue.

I’d like to do things to her mouth.

Just caught it on YouTube. Brooke’s good-bye performance was her best ever. The crying gave her voice character and emotion.

Of the remaining, only David C, as cheesy as he is, feels like somebody people would actually pay to see.

Jason Castro increasingly freaks me out. His face and head are huge and his hair….he reminds he of someone.

Syesha sold me with “One Rock & Roll Too Many,” although I may be listening with my hormones.

Ugly crier. I actually did like Brooke, kind of interesting, a work-in-progress if you will.

I have no idea why Syesha’s still in, I haven’t seen someone hang on for dear life with little or no reason since Jasmine Trias and she had a whole state voting for her.

I hope the Idol Tour ticket price will include a “No Crying” surcharge, or else I’ll take my $35 dollars to the county fair, along with my dignity.
