This isn't the first reunion attempt by Ned's. They were back together briefly in the early 00's, and set to play NYC at CMJ 2001 which was canceled because of 9/11. Not only did they opt to not come back and play the rescheduled CMJ later that year, they broke up again.

They put out a pretty decent live record documenting the reunion as well, which was pretty rocking.

Ned's B-sides were always better than the album cuts. "Terminally Groovy" or "Nothing is Cool" anyone?
