Big surprise: it’s a Monday in July, and I’m guest editing again. While I let down a few people with a limited number of CCM acknowledgments last week, I hope to make this the day in which I reference the drum solos at Newsboys concerts, Joe Christmas, and the chart in Christian bookstores that told you what music to buy instead of your secular favorites all while the traffic statistics slide down the proverbial drain. Side note: be nice to Maura today; she had a full weekend of rock in Chicago, and everyone knows how tough the comedown is after a Sea & Cake show.
