A Grain Valley resident is hoping to follow in David Cook’s “American Idol” footsteps. Luke Minx, 19, has made it to Hollywood Week on the Fox show “American Idol.” Auditioning in St. Louis, he received his golden ticket during the Feb. 2 episode.
