The RIAA has dropped its lawsuit against Allofmp3, the Russian mp3 outlet with low low prices, crowing that the site had been shut down thanks to “a successful anti-piracy initiative.” That the infamous site’s doppelganger, Mp3Sparks, is alive and well and offering albums by everyone from Jordin Sparks to Throbbing Gristle for under $2.50 each, has yet to be acknowledged by the otherwise victorious trade group.
