This was just another scam for the project of sexualizing young girls. I miss the times when young girls were different and actually cherished their childhood, wore modest clothes, and weren't flaunting what they got while singing about boyfriends and "cool teen" stuff. And whats sad is that they are being LABELED as teens. 12-13 is not a teenager. Some argue that thirteen is a teenager just because it has the word teen in it but at age thirteen, mentally and physically you are a chlid. And saying its a teenager just because it has the word teen in it is just as stupid as saying 3 P.M is nightime just because it has the word P.M in it and when you look outside its clearly sunny and daytime. They just say that because they want to grow up and sexualize themselves earlier. This is really sad that this generation has sunk so low- its almost as if the 21st century came with a curse :(

euhmmm... they'd better hope they're no Aly&AJ. Yes, those two can sing, but then they went and did their little anti-Darwinism soapbox... "Are they still teaching that in schools... um, monkeys? I don't think so." It bummed me out - I was just about ready to be a fan, and then it was like - oh wait, they're stupid. So I'll buy their music vids, because they're watchable - but their live stuff is shit, I've seen videos. So no concerts. And once they're too old for the Disney channel, if they can't survive on tour, they're finished, and they're certainly not bright enough to branch out on their own. So, not the best role models to aspire to, huh? This trio here has okay voices, great fashion, shitty-beyond-shitty lyrics... but at least they haven't waved their idiocy flag yet.

I don't think they'll be miserable for a few years. They'll be loving all the attention atm, the apparent fulfillment of their centre-of-the-world fantasies. The soul-wrenching hatred will take a coupla years.

PS I like ('like') how the PR listed the names of tween clothes shops where they enjoy maxing their parents' credit cards, for exactly the same reasons as a PR would usually list a bunch of bands...

Why are they all blond and identical? Whatever happened to each member of a girl group having a different hair color or style so that we can tell them apart? That princess/heart/rocker system isn't going to cut it.

Oh yeah, and apparently their next album is called "Not Too Young". Christ.

""Ever since we were born..." begins Destinee, the rocker in the group, who dresses in black, wears classic rock T-shirts covered in skulls and stars and counts Mick Jagger and the Rolling Stones, Green Day, Paramore and Avril Lavigne among her musical favorites.

"We came out singing," laughs Paris, the princess of the group, who cites Destiny's Child as an influence and is represented in the group by crowns.

Adds Ariel, whose group symbol is hearts"

Okay, I'll buy the rest, but that part is definitely made-up. Right? Otherwise, you just know there's going to be a Lucky Charms tie-in in their future.
