What ever you may say about Mojo, at least it isn’t “Classic Rock”, please review that majestic magazine, you’ll fall over yerselves trying to find the right words to describe it. Starter for one: “Utter bollox”.

@owenmeany: I would argue that Idolator's "long-form" pieces (Rock-critically Correct, 100 and Single, etc.) are the best parts of this whole site, and definitely a big reason of why I come back twenty times a day (well, that and tracking the snark/historical tidbits/frighteningly apropos Youtube links in the comments).

AP certainly had no problem whatsoever slapping down eight bucks a month for a magazine that, for no apparent reason other than it would probably be interesting to rock nerds, put out a Krautrock issue in 1997, the same year that brought a pre-Volkswagen campaign Nick Drake cover feature.

Kraftwerk were touring for the first time in years in 1997. (I caught them in Chicago.)
