I purchesed 4 tickets for Avril Lavigne and never received the tickets. I lost my reciept, so I couldnt find out where I even bought them by the time the concert came I was out of luck. Partly my fault, but this week I finally found my receipt and called them up to see what a loyal company would do to help a guy that is short $325 bucks. They told me there was nothing they could do, read our policy and that it was too late to get a refund. My question is, where are my tickets and why didnt I get them? Never ever use them to buy tickets!

Just noticed that the ad for the Devo show that idolator seems to be partially sponsoring ends with a plea to buy at livenation.com. How long until the Maura gets an email about this post? Fight the power!

The big thing that nobody is mentioning is that the livenation.com website is so difficult to use. I for one have never had an issue with ticketmaster. Their site is easy to use and reliable. Livenation.com is the most frustrating site. Try it out and you’ll see what I mean.

That sounds like the same crap they pull at House of Blues… you buy something either from their gift shop or at the restaurant (minimum $10 purchase), you get to go in the venue before everyone else. It’s full of suck.

It’s no big deal. Even though they’re systematically alienating a lot of people from ever wanting to see a live performance again, I’m sure that ever-healthy CD sales will make up the difference.

I propose that the first person to set Live Nation on fire and burn it to the ground forever be afforded the privilege of entering every event from here forward prior to those holding tickets.
