the problem is that she doesn’t seem to have any idea there’s anything wrong with her (i mean, she explicitly says that no one is ever like, “amy, sort your shit out,” that’s not “how it is”), which is a really bad sign. it’s hard to get help for someone who doesn’t even know they have a problem.
