Idolator’s Friday YouTube Fun: The Myriad

There’s no news involved with this post or clever sarcasm (sorry), but it’s the end of a slow news day, so here’s a context-less video for you to (hopefully) enjoy. Seattle’s The Myriad won a contest co-sponsored by MTV2 and a soda pop recently, which would seem like a bad “lowest common denominator” type sign, but their second album With Arrows, With Poise has been one of my favorites this year. Plus, the video’s sort of clever. [The Myriad]

I saw this video on MTV2 at 4 a.m. a few days ago. I was planning on looking them up, but instead of a band name, all of the little title bars at the end of the video said “undefined.” I wasn’t even high at the time. Thanks for the clarification.

@TomBerenger: I’m not sure what “Vulture” is, but the idea of a tag belonging to someone is simultaneously pathetic and hilarious.
