Kix really are fucking awesome live, best show I saw last year.
Lita Ford is still a badass!
@Al Shipley: There’s a promo live concert from a New Year’s Eve concert back in 1983 or so that’s long made the bootleg/torrent rounds which pretty much sealed the deal with me being a fan. Lead guy breaks into this amazing instrumental-break sex rap at one point that had my jaw on the floor.
Uh, did you show up for just one day? Ratt on the first day was awesome (almost two hours), and it was closed out by Tesla and Queensryche on Sunday, along with Zebra, UFO, and Ace Freley (sic). Not forgetting Night Ranger, Triumph, and Living Colour, among others. Queensryche had five! encores.
