Dell has been testing a music player—its first foray into that market since 2006—and it could go on sale as soon as September. The player would be inexpensive (under $100) but it'll reportedly be tethered to a not-yet-developed subscription service, which as we all know have worked so well in the marketplace so far. Can anyone out there say "Zune II"? [WSJ]
