Miami’s second annual Rick Ross Be Out Day, where the hip-hop heavyweight hands out school supplies to the city’s children, was going great… until someone got so excited by Rick Ross being on stage that he started shooting his gun off. One man’s in custody, another’s at large, and there seem to have been no reported injuries, thanks to people fleeing the scene once the gunfire erputed. [AllHipHop]
