Because New York’s SoHo isn’t teeming with enough places to buy overpriced souvenir T-shirts, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is opening an annex in that neighborhood. If it’s anything like the Cleveland location, now that it’s been announced, look for it to take a decade to actually be built. [AP]
