Be warned, TV news junkies: CNN is using Daughtry’s cover of Foreigner’s “Feels Like The First Time” to entice people to tune into its political coverage starting today. The cover will also appear on the forthcoming reissue of Daughtry’s self-titled album, no doubt because Columbia Records wants the 4.2 million people who have already bought the damn thing to feel like buying the new version will actually be their “first time” plunking down $23 for it.
