Not exactly true, Kate...they do seem to have a few middle aged studio dudes in the studio....but on tour...

None of their band members are older than their early/mid-20s (even if they look older).

Two (guitar & bass) have been with them since the very beginning, touring et al. One (glasses in red below) is the band's musical director, and the (babish in white) bassist has been a credited songwriter on the last two albums. (First drummer quit when Columbia dropped them, newer one is adorable.)

They are really more a part of the band, with the Jonases frontin'. They have just been allowed to hide, generally.

To wit, what I think is their next single:

@Tauwan: Right on...I love seeing guys dressed like them (to a degree). I think they should collab with a proper designer and make a unisex line, no lower than Target (a la Comme Des Garcons for H&M). Or if Urban was quite brave...for us ladies and teh geighs and fashion forward boys. Middle schoolers? Forget it. As it should be.

Now I am not saying I want to dress like the Jo Bros either, but I must say that 9 times out of 10 I am kind of in love with the clothes their stylists puts on them. But then again I am 24. Not sure if they are trying to cater to my demographic.
