While Universal Music Group won't have U2 around to drive year-end album sales, Kanye West might take an extended break from blogging about Kate Moss/producing Jay-Z's The Blueprint 3 to record his fourth album. According to his management, the currently untitled long-player should be ready to drop just in time for the ever-magical fourth quarter, with a single scheduled to hit iTunes any day now.
