I'm impressed that the band returned to finish the show. Some of their past antics would suggest they'd get right angry and call things off. That attacker sure is a twit.

@walkmasterflex: i wouldn't call it a riot, but that event was more related to poor organization and reatard refusing to play because of it. the crowd was wound up, and his walking off-stage only made things worse. i think that's completely unrelated to an individual attacking a musician on stage without provocation.

Aww poor Noel. The guy that attacked him is a giant douche bag.
I like Noely-Noely as a “personality” (not so much for the music…) No one deserves to be attacked during a performance. I hope this guy gets in loads of trouble! Kudos to Oasis for coming back out and finishing the set.

What a mess. Has no one learned from the Dimebag thing? It looks like the dude came from behind the stage too. And near the end, crew and security and dumbfoundedly pointing to the kit, seeming to be stating the obvious.

Beyond that, Liam taking the Jack Dempsey fighting stance is the funniest thing I've seen in a long time. Especially since the younger Gallagher isn't exactly known for his brawling prowess: [findarticles.com]
