The “music” section of Franz Ferdinand’s Web site has snippets from their current recording sessions, and while I’m hesitant to say that they’re definitive signs of the band taking a step in any particular direction, I will say that a few of them sound quite good on the endless loop that they’ve been engineered to play on.
