Britney Spears’ “Womanizer” Pushed Back A Week

The 40-second clip in the above YouTube embed is apparently all you’ll hear of Britney Spears’ latest attempt at a comeback single until next week. The Outsyders-produced “Womanizer,” which was supposed to hit radio today, has had its release pushed back to next Monday because it apparently “needs more mixing and editing.” I wonder if this is because Fox News’ Roger Friedman has already decided that he hates it?     Doesn’t Roger Friedman hate everything and anything musical? I remember last year’s Kelly Clarkson kerfuffle being so shocking because he was actually right about how awful My December was, for a change.

    @Nunya B: Yeah. Friedman isn’t exactly the biggest pop music fan on the face of the earth, so maybe we shouldn’t pay much attention. However, he was wrong about “My December,” too. It wasn’t awful.
