Despite the presence of luminaries like Hogan, "Rowdy" Roddy Piper, Cowboy Bob Orton, Mr. T, Muhammad Ali, Liberace and Billy Martin, by far the latest ovation of the night was when Cyndi Lauper was introduced. When the announcer called her name and the P.A. started to blast "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun", the crowd *erupted*.
