    It's bad enough that the Rays have to play in a state where baseball is an afterthought and there's no real hometown rock and roll talent to bring in a band from a town that's, from what I gather, ALL ABOUT football.


    If the Phillies can Hall & Oates, they will wrap up the WS.

    Well, the Tampa Bay choices are better than the ones chosen to represent St. Louis in '04 and '06. I will never forgive the person who booked Scott Stapp to sing "God Bless America" at Busch Stadium during the 2004 World Series. So. Embarrassing. Not to mention, Creed's not from anywhere near St. Louis--they're from Florida! Good think they broke up before the Rays made the World Series...
